Refund Policy
Bundle Package Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our bundle packages are offered at a discounted rate and are designed to provide the best value to our students. If a student chooses not to complete all lessons included in a bundle package, any lessons already used will be recalculated at the regular private lesson rate of $90 per lesson.
Because the bundle pricing includes a discounted rate based on completion of the full package, we are unable to honor the discounted price if the package is not completed.
JTTW Driving Academy makes every effort to accommodate scheduling needs for both our students and instructors. We are committed to working with our clients to find lesson times that fit their schedules whenever possible.
If a student decides to discontinue services and requests a refund, the refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the value of all completed lessons at the regular rate of $90 per lesson from the amount paid. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
By purchasing a bundle package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Right to Refuse Service
At JTTW Driving Academy, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment for all students, families, and staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise interferes with our ability to provide quality instruction and maintain a positive environment. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated scheduling conflicts, failure to follow company policies, inappropriate communication, or conduct that places our instructors, students, or business operations at risk.
Our goal is to work collaboratively with every student and family; however, we believe mutual respect and professionalism are essential for a successful learning experience. Any decision to refuse or discontinue service will be made at the sole discretion of JTTW Driving Academy.
