Cancellation & Refund policy:

At the end of each calendar year, we no longer issue refunds for student with remaining services from the previous year; however we will make reasonable efforts to contact students and schedule any remaining classes. If we do not hear a response, any unused services will remain non-refundable, though previously scheduled classes may still be honored if arranged.
